NetSuite Manager

Your role will be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services implementations of the on-demand NetSuite application for Hein and Associates’ NetSuite clients. Working with the rest of the Technology & Management Consulting (TMC) department, you will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client’s satisfaction. You must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to more effectively run their businesses. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.  In addition, you will work to bring in new business and help hit the revenue targets for the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery of NetSuite including configuration, process re-engineering, support escalation, and Q&A
  • Plan, manage and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum of projects
  • Document business processes, business mapping, business requirements and meeting notes
  • Attend internal meetings including knowledge transfers, mentoring, and Q&A
  • Maintain control of multiple projects and assignments while sticking to tight deadlines
  • Ensure team billable utilization targets are met

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business
  • 3-7 years of experience in NetSuite
  • Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
  • Experience in change management and business process mapping in support or in conjunction with a major IS initiative is a plus
  • Strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work breakdown structures and project plans
  • Travel: The position is expected to travel 30%.
