Marketing Coordinator

Our national marketing department, located in Denver, is looking for a dynamic individual to aid in implementing national marketing initiatives. This position provides broad support for the day-to-day marketing operations of the firm including: website and e-communications, social media, marketing mailings, strategic campaigns, event management, and more. The qualified individual should enjoy juggling a variety of projects, tasks, and programs in a professional services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to master a variety of skills and understand the overall role of a marketing team from the ground up.

Essential Duties:

  • Supports execution of e-communications including event invitations, reminders, announcements, newsflashes, and newsletters in coordination with Digital Marketing Associate
  • Assists with website maintenance including minor graphic updates and posting articles, events, and available positions, etc.
  • Posts content regularly via website, social media, industry blogs, Google AdWords, and other channels to maximize the Hein online reach
  • Assists in National Content Marketing and SEO program including live social media postings and via Hootsuite, as needed.
  • Organizes and updates contact lists including CRM lists, email lists, social media contact lists and followers, media contacts, and vendor contacts
  • Oversees awards submission calendar and assists with submittals
  • Manages library of graphics, advertisements, logos, and other creative files
  • Collaborates in developing, updating and maintaining marketing collateral
  • Some event coordination


  • One - three years of marketing communications or marketing administration experience preferred
  • Website development knowledge; familiar with HTML, WordPress, Google Alerts, Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Knowledge of mass email communication programs, preferably MailChimp
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Travel: limited
